How do I buy a Pass?

In order to purchase a ticket (named Pass) you have to follow 4 easy steps:

  • Register here
  • Verify your email and validate your new created account
  • Login here
  • Select the desired Pass (Ticket) from your dashboard and pay with by credit card (online) or by bank transfer (offline)

How do I buy a Pass online?

In order to purchase your Pass online, using your credit/debit card, you will need to login into your account and navigate under the ‘Dashboard’ tab.

From there, please select your desired Pass (Basic, Standard or Premium) and click the ‘Buy Now’ button. You will be redirected to the checkout page where you need to fill in the receipt data.

On the bottom of the page, please select the ‘Mobilpay’ option and click the ‘Place Order’ button.

On the next page you will find the details of your order. In order to pay, click the ‘Pay via Mobilpay’ button and you will be redirected to a secured page where you can pay.

What type of cards can be used for online payments?

Any credit or debit card is accepted by our online payment platform.

What happens if I cancel my order before paying via online transfer?

If you click the ‘Cancel and Restore Cart’ button, your order will be cancelled and you’ll be able to find your Pass in the cart (you can access your cart from the little shopping cart icon in the menu).

How do I buy a Pass offline?

In order to purchase your Pass offline, via Bank Transfer, you will need to login into your account and navigate under the Dashboard tab.

From there, please select your desired Pass (Basic, Standard or Premium) and click the ‘Buy Now’ button. You will be redirected to the checkout page where you need to fill in the receipt data.

On the bottom of the page, please select the ‘Direct bank transfer’ option and click the ‘Place Order’ button.

On the next page you will find the details of your order and our bank account details. Please note down your Order ID and make a payment to that bank account. You will also receive an email with your Order ID and our bank account details.

After the payment, please upload a payment proof here (you can also find a link to this page in your Dashboard).

Your Pass will be validated within 2 or 3 days after we receive the payment proof.

Where do I find my Order ID?

You can find your Order ID in the email you received after the order was placed. If you didn’t receive or lost that email, please contact us at support@symposium2017.iasss.org and we will provide it to you.

How do I know my purchase is complete and my Pass is validated?

You can check your Pass state in your account, under the ‘Dashboard’ tab. Your Pass will be shown under your name in red or green color. If it is red it means that your transaction is being processed and verified. This can take up to two or three working days.

What happens if I placed on order (online or offline) but I didn’t pay or didn’t cancel the order?

In this case, please contact us at support@symposium2017.iasss.org and we will delete your order.

Why do I see in my Orders tab a higher price than the one I paid?

This is perfectly normal if you purchased your ticket in the Early/Regular Registration periods when the prices were 10/20 euro less.

Why do we have different price points for International and Romanian delegates?

International Delegates require more assistance in attending the event (visas, airport pick up and drop off, chaperones etc.), which implies higher expenses. Please make sure to select your Symposium Pass accordingly.

I have multiple Pending/On Hold orders. What should I do?

If you have placed multiple orders and just one is completed do not worry about it. We will take into account only the completed order. If you encounter any problems with your orders, please feel free to contact us at support@symposium2017.iasss.org.

As a foreign student currently studying Medicine in Romania, what type of Pass should I purchase?

If you have a Romanian residence, you can opt for a Romanian Delegate Pass. Please select Romania as your country in the registration form and provide a Romanian address.
